The cot is convenient but not comfortable for baby. To troubleshoot it going, but beyond a few hours it's not terrible. To ensure optimal comfort a baby this mattress is top! Although thick, it is super comfortable and as it folds into 2 can easily store it. We chose alternating custody and have invested in this mattress for weeks where the care is done in the other family and permanently leaves the home.
