The chest strap heard the Forerunner 305 in the delivery. The durability is good - it takes a long time until the rubber wears out and the battery has a long life enjoyable. Keeps me in regular use between 2 to 3 years.
The belt can be quickly on the respective Chest Set and wears great. At least for me that's the case, I have never been concerns me any abrasions or the like by the chest strap. In contrast to the textile chest belt Garmin textile - chest strap for Garmin devices with heart rate function, black, that caused me while running strong abrasions up to bleed!
That is also the reason for this acquisition - I go back to the old model of necessity. The textile belt came with my new clock (Forerunner 310XT) and has not been successful (with me). Although not listed in the replacement parts proposed by Amazon, this chest strap fits for Forerunner 310 XT! Simply activated chest disable and then let the swap model redetect the clock. This works fine and I can now walk without painful abrasions again :-)
Here again briefly all models, for the chest strap should be used (no guarantee - List of Amazon):
