The trolley itself is a great thing. We use it for our Maine Coon on the way to the vet or traveling by public, even when traveling as she drives us with. The front pocket is large enough for wallet, keys, vaccination certificate, treat, travel documents. You have to take any additional pocket more. We use very often function as a backpack and are therefore also very satisfied. The upholstery is so thick and well that you hardly feel the weight after a while. The trolley is comfortable to wear than the standard boxes and bags which else there.
Two things I do not quite as successful: Once an inlay with zipper is incorporated, but because too much material was used. That's why the inlay sags and bulges above the bottom. Our cat has to start very disturbed because they met with the head always against this "stuff sack" until we then eventually just stuck him.
In addition, the strap take up much space on the trolley inside the bag. The width could be 5-10cm more quiet, then it would be perfect.
