Originally I wanted a notebook with a maximum of 15.4 inches, but unfortunately die slowly, as long as you do not want a business notebook that can be actually just as the name suggests, used for work purposes (Internet, Office programs ...) , For this reason, I let myself be carried away then but to a 15.6-inch notebook to acquire.
Despite initial misgivings Vista am I still surprised of how ragged it runs with 4GB RAM (apart from the fact that this notebook Windows 7 Upgrade is capable [costs only 14,90, see Acer homepage to]) and Vista enables actually everything as to make it look at XP, apart from a few little things, I'm going to have delighted bought this notebook. The wireless components work very well, even if the setting has a moment taken (IP address must be stored in the router and manually set up on the notebook, but that's up to Vista). The keys are absolutely wonderful, smooth and yet they give feedback and the keyboard is the ergonomics almost perfect (can be definitely better work with it than my desktop keyboard at work).
Clou is probably the HDMI connection. Simple cable pure, pure and on TV already has you a crystal clear image of the desktop on the TV.
The picture is very sharp and, thanks to the wide screen, you can open the Vista Sidebar, without, for example, the Explorer window acts shrunk.
Oh yes, the webcam is also very good and works thanks to the optimization for low light video even in low light just super.
A separate keypad is also included and it thankfully I do not want to do without.
Games: so far I have not yet installed a lot of things, but the integrated graphics card is, according to a test of the PC world at about number 60 and has its own dedicated memory. The graphics cards that are installed with comparable notebooks up to 500 .-- be around 130. Place I write that reason, so that one has an approximate comparison, even if you have not so much of a clue (and I've almost broken me for this info googled).
The previously installed games are Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth and Football Manager 2008. Both run on maximum details properly. According to the specifications of EA regarding the FM10 also this should run properly, you can ensure the course but only say if he is in the market and my own is.
Conclusion: Acer has brought out with this notebook at the time and for this price the absolute maximum for the customer. More is not for this price (as a whole), but less so already. I am glad to have bought this laptop and do not regret this decision. Only Bluetooth I would have still required, but thanks to technological progress, there are now already tiny Bluetooth stick at a low price that immediately after they have also been put into the USB port, are recognized and are ready for use.
That's why I give it 5 stars (4.5 I would have preferred, for 0.5 points from the lack of Bluetooth service I wanted, but it is unfortunately not possible therefore lap I kaufm. Up to 5)
