May interfere with radio reception

Immediately after starting up the radio reception was massively disrupted. After unplugging the adapter, the reception was flawless again.
The seller is the phenomenon known as it turned out at an inquiry. The product description is to be corrected as soon as possible.
Since I have colleagues that I have from the trade are to analyze the adapter. It turned out that the switching power supply used in the adapter generates massive disturbances on the electrical system voltage, which then lead to the observed radio interference.
According to retailers, not all car radios affected, apparently some radio stations are better protected against interference on the board voltage than others.

The seller answered just with new information: The adapter will be analyzed by an engineering firm. The first lesson: There are obviously not all adapters equally affected, there are also inconspicuous copies. They want to send me a certified copy, I will report upon receipt.

One thing you can say already now: Customer Service is at HandyNow no stranger. I am very pleasantly surprised.

The tested specimen has now arrived, however, shows the exact same disturbance behavior on my BNS 5.0 Audi A4. Once the iPhone loads of radio reception (SWR3) is massively disrupted, only the adapter is plugged in there are no interferences. Even at a VW RCD 310 occur disturbances, but not as massive.
I have now another product (), which cause me no errors running smoothly.
