When buying a cap of this kind (it was of course a time thing - a sort of "gag") I was expecting the worst. This completely fulfilled its purpose. The quality is of course not besoders good, but it looks good and is not torn away. I regret it because - as has been said - of such a cap already expected. The price is ok in my opinion.
