!!!!!! Melted (fire hazard) !!!!!!!

Hello everyone, I'm warning device before have my ps 3 controller placed thereon and hours after 4 looked after them and the plate was melted the adapter to the controllers were sticky and covered such hot cheese from the plate from quite a large fire hazard I guess the controller itself were extremely hot hat 14 days good job and then have the VLT days in the 14 charged 2 times: / VLT had this defect even my unit who knows this already .....
