Received V5 with a black PCB, so as pictured ... as well say ... This card accepts four (4) memory modules it is rare! At this price (50) it is ideal for a config AM3 +.
Another advantage is the USB3 (4) and onboard video (ATI 3000 chipset). Compared to a CM "manufacturer", here nothing is restrained and support is provided by the manufacturer.
Last, this card gives off a real impression of quality.
