I migrated to Mac OS Snow Leopard to Mac OS Lion and this version of Office has become unusable, like many other programs in Universal mode.
After installation and the usual updates, I opened previously saved files in Word and Excel. Are readable as before, but when printed, there is a slight change with Excel: the dotted lines have become full, by spots.
Otherwise, the menu overview is a gas plant with too many useless things that complicate the work. I like seeing Microsoft Software in Windows 7 and earlier versions that have forgotten the simplicity of use of the software for the Macintosh.
I specify that I am not a hardcore Mac and I also work with Windows 7 PCs.
To conclude, I should have stayed under Snow Leopard and would have made great savings because this update does nothing better than the 2004 version.
