I bought this stick because I wanted to surf abroad with my Android tablet. This stick has been recommended by the manufacturer of the tablets in the Manual. So I ordered it, equipped with an appropriate SIM, hung on my tablet, and - it was not. No matter what I tried, mobile Internet was not going to get. Another annoyance was that the stick was no keyboard. This is not unusual, so I just looked quickly at the Huawei site for a - Wrong! Without login, there is no progress. In the usual "Manual download sites" nothing was to be found. So it was already nearly impossible to figure out what the stick from me "wants". For example, there were this funny lights on stick - that could light up in green and in blue or flashing perk - it was so determined to tell me something - but what? Because smart people have to but have been thinking about when you want to leave the part as flash - only, it seems to have no one managed to write the meaning of the colorful lights spell in any way that is easily accessible to the user, prostrate. So have a support request sent to the tablet manufacturers and Huawei. The tablet manufacturers has written a comprehensive and nice mail within a day. The problem is probably that Huawei since the release of the tablet Manuals several times the technical equipment of the sticks have changed the name "Huawei E353" was but remained the same. Due to the different technical equipment (for the inexperienced user unfortunately completely opaque) compatibility is not always available. Proposal of the tablet manufacturer: using a mobile WiFi hotspot. Again for the record: for me means different technical equipment that E353 is not like the others. I think where the same is on it, should be in it also the same. Everything else is deception of customers! Huawei could be a few days time answering my support request. At the end I got a three-liner of ways that they could not help it that I have such a doofes Tablet, and if I'm interested in their products and that I could indeed visit their online store. No ?! Ok, we summarize: misleading product descriptions (different items with the same name), no manual (or at least not accessible), and also a real lousy support. The stick was actually my first Huawei-product. Having heard so many positive things, I am disappointed by this company really across the board!
