I have five appointed by the cables; none served its purpose: the charging current coming through the cable is so low that my smartphone uses more power when arrives. Therefore, it discharges itself, if it depends on the charger.

So unfortunately, the same effect, as already have posted several before me. Who buys cheap, buys twice. So: Hands off!
