I was especially excited to find a pure shooter in the spirit of Doom Dad, powered by IDTech 5 with constant 60 fps, which took the time to mature from Rage in 2011. And the first pleasurable sensations: the gameplay is perfect, nervous clashes, weapons potato and lead our dear truffer Nazis has never been so good. Alas, the game turns in subsequent missions soporific infiltration competition and gunfights push the player to adopt a defensive behavior by deploying armored mecha and overpowered enemies. The pace is thereby seriously affected, and the pleasure of the first missions evaporates slowly but surely. It's a shame, because Wolfenstein did many things well, whether compelling narrative, engaging characters and a solid level design.
