Unfortunately I have the 506er FW and also with me in the SSD Benchmark AS SSD and CrystalDiskMark can clearly read and write below the advertised 450MB.
In AS SSD Benchmark I'll usually read about 140MB and 130MB write. Sometimes the SSD writes the test even just about 90MB.
About cmd.exe can be tested with these 2 commands also the speed:
winsat disk -SEQ -read -drive c
winsat disk -SEQ -write -drive c
So I come at least write to 340MB and 350MB read. Still well below the advertised speed.
In ATTO Disk Benchmark are extremely fluctuating values depending on the transfer size ... there are actually even write maximum values of 457mb and read 530MB, only it can not be that nowhere can reproduce these values otherwise. Trust is not worth the not reproducible) and if it works on other SSDs then yes's can not be that tells us the support we need to Kingston using a tool ... just because the roughly the spits which indicates that they are.
The performance figures appear (at least with FW 506) not to vote simply for this SSD.
I'm on the verge of sending the plate back and me to order a Samsung 840 EVO.
EDIT: so return goes out tomorrow ... Samsung 840 EVO is ordered ... Kingston has a customer less.
