This floor lamp with the supplied energy-saving lamps is built very quickly. Odor problems of the lamps, I have, as it is written in other comments, does not notice. Sure would be powerful LED lamps, which would bring the same brightness prefer, but which are currently just more expensive than the energy-saving lamps. The light output is absolutely sufficient to select clothes for our bedroom in the cabinets and drawers. The only fear I have is that usurp the open top floor lamp shape over time dust and lint of the hollow body and then only with degradation of the floor lamp, then clean and reassemble again can be rigged. Proposal: On top a small removable heat sensitive network cover and the coarse dust would not be possible penetration.
