The Android app has small bugs. If something does not work, then you should just try the same thing again on MyHarmony.com on PC.
For example, a redefinition of Einschaltaktion my Sony TV from Power Toggle on separate Power On / Power Off commands through the app to the fact that the TV is then allowed neither in nor off. The same action over MyHarmony then repaired everything. A pairing with my Wii has over the app never works, but also went on MyHarmony.
Everything else worked in the app to a very rare crashes well.
The Smart Control only supports 2.4 GHz WLAN. Since my tablet connects via 5 GHz WLAN, I was only slightly acidic. But since my Fritz router supports both standards at the same time, the two devices can still communicate with each other, even though my tablet will continue to send only the 5 GHz WLAN.
Almost every key the Smart Control remote control can be demonstrated twice. The first function is triggered with a quick click, the second when you hold the button pressed longer.
The controllable Bluetooth devices you are unfortunately really only on the Wii (U), PS3 and XBOX limited. The PS4 or even the new Amazon Fire TV does not work and you can because even unfortunately teach anything or define your own commands. If anything, there will be a control of these devices only through a firmware update by Logitech. And so far as I know is after because nothing has been announced.
With a small workaround you can but as appeals for emergency. There is a small USB dongle ("Flirc"), which can be controlled via IR and on the target device simulates a keyboard. Thus, these devices are then still controlled by the Harmony.
On the whole, I am very satisfied with the remote control. The small problems in the app will also be determined yet been addressed in a future release. I only hope that Logitech will retrofit more respect PS4 and Amazon Fire TV so that you can save other workarounds.
Addendum 13.06.2014:
With the latest update and the Amazon Fire TV and Sonos devices are supported.
