2. Answer to 1 1/2 hours - great regret, in the notes return form (free return) and the question of whether I wanted my money back, or an exchange wish (exchange)
3rd Saturday Monitor sent via DHL from Rosenheim to Karlsruhe
4. Tuesday noon (!) Get new, functioning Monitor
Since I can only say: Hats off! So a smooth and friendly flow, even in this speed setting, I really would not have expected. 5 Stars!
