More than pleasantly surprised! 2

I have the S 608 easy ordered on blue haze me just before Christmas last year because I only liked the look very good, but there are currently no great selection of boxes of this kind that are affordable for average Joe. The delivery was a bit disappointing because the emailed Traking number was probably intended for use only for the Hermes internal, so every day waiting for a call from the shipping company, and hope that you have a patient boss. The first surprise was that both boxes were packed in a box, so the guys have had to drag neatly from the express. Once opened, I realized that all was packed very neatly, all beautifully detailed and welded again and all small parts secured with tape to prevent slipping. After the first layer of polystyrene was removed including the boxes themselves came to light in a beautiful fabric envelope packed. And then the next 'shock', should unpack the beasts alone avoid it at all costs. You are sauschwer and unwieldy! So get worried and help for couples to work. Following first followed a Bastelstunde, base plate screw, metal strap, and the spikes, the same amount of positive on one of each screw came with a spare! Finally it was time to take the boxes for the first time in operation. With 6²mm cable Oelbach my Onkyo TX-SR607 and a Samsung BDC 6900 connected as a CD player in a classic with RCA (also Oelbach). The first 'AHA' experience turned quickly but I thought that's even better! So fast to Dödelmarkt and again brought the same cable (the things have indeed finally bi-wiring). Amp properly adjusted and 'WOW !!! After now a break-in period of just 2 months with different styles of music I still have to say that I am thrilled I of frequency responses and as a finished product no idea, but: The bass is very crisp and anywhere in the room (approx 25²m) available, the centers are always clear and clean, and the highs can really nasty beep in the ear! However, a small flaw I found in home cinema mode, the bass is a bit too pushy here, but that's a matter of attitude on the AV Receiver. What you mention should the boxes some need to open space, my stand some 30cm from the wall and screwed to the listening position, even it makes a difference if you turn the bass inward or outward, outward is the bass much stronger inward more subdued. Although one inwardly a distance of 3 m to the boxes should not be less! I could still write tens endless sentences, but that is beyond the scope. In my opinion, there is in the price range no other boxes that come close to the S608 and the things would give me any time to lay back!
