Much layered 'What if ...' history

Well, what if the Allies had lost the Second World War? Had Germany and Japan, then divided the North American continent? (I doubt it a little, but, here it is in front of it). So, the eastern United States fall under the German rule, the 30 and 40 was the same ugly decor items such as the Germany showcased, and the West is full of Japanese (or shall we say better grossly Asian) culture incorporated. Oh, and we're now in time at the beginning of the sixties. So the development went on, life goes on ... except maybe in Washington DC, as the German Reich short hand has dropped a hydrogen bomb. One must indeed finally underline his point of view known. At this point should be clear, the Germans are in uniform as always the bad guys. The Japanese in uniform are not much better, but oh well. What I'm just wondering, in this alternate reality, because the United States have dropped the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki ...? Whether this will be mentioned in the course of the series?
