What is being touted here as "SLR-Zoom" clamp tripod, turned out very soon as far too weak. Well, the Canon 5DII is relatively heavy, but also with the 400D, now certainly no heavyweight, bowing to the GorillaPod. At first it was still somewhat, but after a few times using wars to worn in some places. For ne Compact and probably ne large compact it should go well, but certainly not for SLR Cameras
