It is delivered with a quick start guide in English and an Asian language.
In addition, a relatively bulky power adapter with a cable length of about 1.5 meters and a combined one meter long USB A to USB A / micro USB (OTG) included cable.
The charger has the following dimensions:
8.5cm wide
11cm deep
2.5cm high
101 grams
It is visually very appealing and discreet with its white glossy plastic surface, which one also fingerprints more forgiving than many black copies.
At the front there is an indentation that serves as a cradle for receiving smartphones / tablets.
One can there so reinstellen its devices and use them during the charging / syncing on.
The upper 4 Port USB area is clearly marked by the round black color scheme.
There is left a so-called smart-port for charging devices with a maximum of 2.1A, which also power-hungry smart phones and tablets can be loaded quickly.
In addition, there are three "normal" USB ports that can be used for data exchange in the lift mode or for charging either with a maximum of 1A.
Below is a handy on / off Drucknopf, which allows you to turn the unit also temporarily to save power.
On the back of the connector for the 12V power supply and a USB-A connector to the unit is to be able to connect to a PC or to the OTG-operation with smartphones / tablets.
No power supply this device can be used as a passive USB 2.0 Hub.
Simply connect via USB to the computer and has three USB 2.0 ports for data exchange (the fourth leftmost is actually intended only for charging).
In addition, as already the OTG (OnTheGo) function available. So you can connect it to the rear cable with the micro-USB port devices such as smartphones or tablets with OTG support and to the three normal upper ports (right next to the red "power" port) peripherals such as mouse / keyboard etc.
This works perfectly with my Grade 3. So you have almost a mini-PC feel while working. Class!
With Bandaged power supply and without an attached USB cable has a practical 4-port charger with the output levels described above.
With power supply and USB cable attached combining all functions.
4-Port charger and 3-Port USB 2.0 Hub and OTG connector.
Unfortunately, this is only a USB 2.0 Hub, missing the USB 3.0 support.
The transfer rates when exchanging data with the hub move in limit range of USB 2.0, so the 30 MB / s. Prima!
All previously connected devices are detected immediately by me and work perfectly.
The load times in line with expectations at the output of the ports.
My Galaxy Note 3 for example is using the same port 2.1A load fast as the original Samsung charger.
So I can really recommend this very multifunctional charger with USB 2.0 Hub and OTG function almost 100%.
Unusually, however, I find the USB-A to USB-A cable. This is quite rare, and it certainly has not any more lying around at home, so that you normally probably relies on the supplied to the device to connect to the PC.
Also the power supply is a very big failure (10cm long and 7cm high) for my taste.
In multiple plugs this is certainly more often lead to space problems.
Due to the high practicality of this practical UGreen device receives from me but like 5 star.
