Munich: MVG FahrInfo app is incompatible

We have been about nine months two Y300 in our household and are very satisfied. I would also like to not repeat what others have already written at length, but point to a point that came up recently, and for some prospects might be important (!):

The FahrInfo App of the Munich Transport Association (MVG FahrInfo) does not work on this phone. However, this is so far the only incompatibility that I could see, even Öffi and walk Navi S-Bahn München (Munich Navigator). Too bad it's still because the FahrInfo shall also include live departure times of metro and bus and therefore electronic tickets can be purchased. According MVG support the reason for this incompatibility is the following: "The interface configuration between your hardware and the Android operating system differs in essential parts of other smartphones is why it can happen at Huawei smartphones that MVG app does not work.."
