'My' Bluetooth headset

After several failed attempts, I finally found 'my' Bluetooth headset.
+ Very convenient to carry, the first headset that I really forget when worn
+ 2 different bracket and two different Eargels (earplugs) are included
+ Good, clear sound quality for both the caller and the callee
+ Commissioning simple and done in 1 minute
+ Dedicated on / off slide switch
+ All the buttons easily accessible and good pressure point
+ Language about events such as pairing etc
+ App: displays including the battery status of the headset to your phone, super useful
+ Bluetooth 4.0
+ Ladestand- and Bluetooth indicator on the headset
+ Range: 30m given I have not tested, but well above the usual standard 10 m, several rooms and walls - no problem, no disconnection, flawless voice quality
+ Standby up to 9 days, Talk time up to 9 h - not yet exhausted, but looks as though it should definitely fold in this area

- The packaging. Who invented that?!? Unpacking is definitely the most difficult, annoying and tedious at the start ...
- Sound quality in music a bit dull, but perfectly acceptable for a mono headset
