With high hopes I ordered the Bark Control Collar. Unfortunately, the spray activated only at about every 5th barking, which indeed can not be the intention. This I did, however, may still be able to accept, because my dog ​​was very puzzled and even stopped to bark when the necklace was doing his job.

The shock of his life but he was (and I), as he quietly lay on the floor and slept and activated at once the spray without any reason. He raced around frantically, I was able to catch him first and get rid of this part, as the canister's collar was completely empty. Such a defect may not occur easily !!

I told the seller in writing this situation and sent back the necklace. Unfortunately, I received no individual response, but a standard mail with the return policies. The purchase price was paid in a timely manner.
