The cables are sheathed with solid material, which transport itself after a few weeks in the backpack, abrasion from table edges, etc. do not start to ream (which unfortunately often happens with such sheaths). Also stick to her no fluff.
The cable is not overly stiff through the jacket. Both the cable, and the plastic have from the outset no strong odor. The colors are strong and do not seem to fade.
The heads of the cable are enclosed in a soft, very grippy plastic, the seam is meticulously crafted and not projects. The connectors themselves are solid built and do not wobble. Their orientation is indicated by a flash on the respective head.
The connectors themselves are, gilded and accurately processed. (The Micro-USB end fits perfectly into my Nexus 4, in which even the original cable quite loose and not properly locked).
There is a practical Velcro, which can be removed for stationary use simply on each cable.
The rough Velcro material itself in variety of shallow to say, it is not rubbing unnecessarily more on cable and fluff nor gather in it. One should be careful however, that the rough side is possible not wrapped around the cable so that this is not unnecessarily strained.
A price of 14 for 5 cables (2.80 each) is quite reasonable and can show himself to any case in this 5-pack. Other cables cost considerably more and the piece itself 5er pack are in this price range, but does not deliver the performance.
