I was now able to compare with its predecessor, the S2 Duos.
You can tell that it's faster. For example, the access opens much faster on the camera, or even just when GPS / GLONASS is enabled.
You can now assign any fixed phone number contact.
Under "What I do not like:" the point "- dialing contacts awkward - if one knows of the Nokia" away. : Lets you display the numeric keypad, you can still enter the name "via T9" and then quickly gets a list of suggestions.
To assign a SIM to a contact or phone number:
When S 2 Duos can be assigned to a contact or a phone number to one SIM fixed. For this go to the contact, tap with your finger on the phone long and then a selection menu. If a contact has multiple phone numbers, so you can assign any phone number a certain number.

Review:
************************************************** **************************************
I have you in 2006 PDA with touch screen and have so far defended myself out of this experience against a Touch Phone. I have long used a Nokia 2710 (Symbian S40) and Nokia C5-00 (Symbian S60). So I review in my view for a Galaxy S Duos 2 per se, but also a little the Android operating system as the the phone to hear and it affects so.
I now wanted a dual SIM mobile phone and since the choice between Mobistel F3 and the Galaxy S Duos 2. I noticed there was only one phone with Android on as Windows Phone so far no dual SIM mobile phone has, Nokia at the Asha has no GPS , BlackBerry I did not, and at the Greengrocer's I wanted eh nix buy or there is there no dual SIM.
My wish list for the equipment:
Phone to phone (understandable speech), few texts send (also by Whatsapp, little SMS; so good keyboard), GNSS (GPS, where possible, GLONASS) and integrated navigation with offline maps, handy (do not need a large display) Bluetooth (especially for hands-free in the car), flashlight function. Nice would have to turn on LEDs to indicate whether messages / calls have been received without the screen. The display should be easy to read even in bright sunlight or direct sunshine.
Short review of the Nokia:
The Nokia had to on the flashlight all that has C5 even a really good keyboard. Whatsapp runs on both, basic navigation mitt Offline Maps (no Mobilfunkverbidnung necessary) is included routing top. The functions are implemented to call class, the key is very easily accessible (access on the phone book without first having to select "Contacts", quick adjustment of different profiles for ring tone etc. - I want to work, cinema, pub my environment do not bother) , On the memory card so virtually USB stick can be accessed directly on the PC, wherever you go.
The Selection:
The F3 and the duo 2 have about the same mechanical dimensions. Both have a dual-core processor, the duo with ~ 780MB more RAM than the F3 with 512MB. Interestingly, the IPS display would be at F3. The internal memory is I do not care anyway comes a micro SD pure. The F3 has 2 LEDs for displaying the arrived messages or unanswered calls. From S Duos 2 I hoped that I can transfer my contacts from Nokia leicher in the Android world. This was also the decisive point, especially as the F3, after rumlesen reports, is said to have a camera that does not focus at close range and should be in order to use etc. bad just for QR codes.
the new:
Unwrapped, loaded SIM card inside. The SIM for the data transmission as is in slot 1 because of shaft 2, there is no UMTS.
About two SIM cards easily accessible, you can assign a fixed contact a SIM, if you do not, a choice between two SIM before call / SMS is offered. One can also configure the SIM so that it only transmits a data and only the phone over the other.
The duo S was equipped with a protective rubber cover (protection when falling) and with anti-reflective protective film (no mirror display, protection against scratches).
What I like:
- Speech intelligibility is very good on both sides
- Battery life is up to me in 2 to 3 days - about 15min / day calls, with use of camera, from time to time what tippseln etc. Many have their phone hang every night at the outlet
- Display is (thanks to the film?) To see even in direct sunlight
- Location via GPS / GLONASS is sau quickly, even under difficult conditions, determined
- Large print and clearly visible / readable
- Bluetooth in the car as you would expect and hoped
- Very many apps available for all sorts of wishes
- Acquisition of the old Nokia contacts worked very well
- Use of 2 SIM cards very possible
Neutral:
- The operation is sometimes intuitively, sometimes not (eg, the first answer a call - that we must wipe da)
- Data transfer in cloud services, etc. - who wants to can use it, if not just not
- It runs smoothly, so far noticed no stuttering, etc. - but I've got little to compare it to, so neutral
What I do not like:
- I'm just beginning to realize the dial pad, I lack the right keys (why did I already Since 2006 no touch ...) that perhaps works with more habituation yet
- Are Android 4.1, you can no longer access the complete SD card, only MTP mode instead UMS
- I want a dual SIM phone which is even smaller - 10mm in width and 20mm in height
- The standard Android navigation with Google Maps is a joke and also only possible online (Possibility with Offline "cards" I know - but even funnier, and pointless if one knows right Offline Maps). Top are only the traffic information
Finally:
I think some things can be changed with other / other apps, but which I must seek the first place? The Nokia which also runs the same "off the shelf".
Since most people close to the phone in the evaluation and not on the operating system, which many probably already know, there are 4 stars because I can not find the mobile phone itself bad. With the inclusion of Android it would be for me only 3 stars.
