For measurement accuracy:
1. Pedometer
Is only an approximate value and has a certain inaccuracy. One would have to determine otherwise for the route etc. personal values as step length, etc. And who makes always the same steps.
But is it true about halt. Series of tests: 5 steps made 5 counted. Made 10 steps, 11 counted. Made 200 steps, 202 counted. Ok .... if you do 12,000 steps a day, so he is one of possibly 120 too much. But that is not to, but if you have just made 5,000 steps, or 15,000
2. Pulse
Fair I against my sphygmomanometer
Tolerance is +/- 2. I can live with, because the blood pressure meter measures never exactly
3. Sleep function
So for me to vote the awakenings with the experienced consistent and even when you sleep lightly or deeply, seems to measure the device. The course I can not verify, I am not a sleep laboratory .... but from the feeling it's true
With the associated app to get along well and now Mass daily values and trying to break my records .... certainly not motivated for years to come, but surely a few months. I love that thing fun and that's what matters.
