First of all:
- The running shoe choice is always very individual and depends on many factors
- Each of the front should earnestly to run make a "treadmill analysis"
- Man / woman certainly several pairs of shoes and running experience needed to find his shoe ...
And for me it was a lot of shoes that I ran, but a shoe has prevailed again,
the "Brooks Adrenaline".
The quality at Brooks is used well, the fit legendary, the damping comfortable and visually
has done with what Brooks, were the older models sometimes quite "Great service" held.
On average I run the Brooks 800-1000 kilometers, then act on the attenuation not much to the direct
Compared to the new shoe "Platt" run.
The wear of the sole plays with me not really matter and keeps loose 800 kilometers across.
A small gripe is there but, when wet the shoe has on several substrates little grip.
For example, granite, cobblestone etc.
For whom the shoe is useful for?
To say it in one sentence: "For overpronators a comfortable shoe for runs up to the marathon
to search and not compromising on dynamism and flexibility.
As price tip I can generally always recommend the previous model (not older) to buy, the differences are rather small
and often only found in optics.
Quite often 30-50% discount ... From me there can be only 5 star, for as long as I am no better shoe
have found!
