Foreword
----------
My hobby is to test Bluetooth speaker. I confine myself here to the micro, mini and medium classes. The speakers should be battery operated
be and portable. All other features are initially added. Primarily, it is my intention to determine whether the speaker delivers what the vendor
is advertised.
Of course, I myself have a preference, like a loudspeaker should sound for me. In my reviews, however, it's not about me, based on my
Taste to evaluate a product, but to clarify what is to be expected when the loudspeaker is purchased.
So that everyone can judge the sound for themselves, I try as often as possible to set a decent video, which then necessarily best with
good headphones (not too much bass) viewed / should be -gehört that can reproduce the frequency range of 60Hz-20kHz at least.
Design & feel
--------------------------
The Ninetec Power Blaster Plus follows like many other Bluetooth speaker the square principle.
Overall fit and finish is very good, it can be discerned no plastic noses or sharp edges.
The housing surface feels velvety vision, thus making a very sophisticated look.
The frontal speaker grille looks smart from the embossed diamond pattern.
The controls on the top and the on / off switch and the "Interface" on the back following
the well-known logical structure of most speakers.
The size and weight correspond to each other, so that held in his hand the value is underlined
and does not arise the feeling to hold here a hollow cheap device in hand.
In this category can not be faulted.
Technical Specifications
---------------------------
The speaker has in addition Bluetooth 3.0 on NFC for the rapid buildup of the connection, which also works very well in practice.
As an additional source of input Power Blast Plus has an AUX-IN connection in the form of a 3.5mm jack input.
With 2x5W music power according to the manufacturer at a frequency range from 100Hz to 18kHz, the Ninetec is Power Blast Plus in the field which,
what may be currently expected from a Bluetooth speaker on average. With regard to the frequency range I would note posotiv, DSS here Ninetec
the lower frequency reluctant indicates with 100Hz. The Power Blast Plus are actually frequencies up to 80Hz readily perceptible, albeit with some
reduced volume. The sound seems so but significantly more voluminous than expected.
But the highlight of the speaker is the term, which is achieved by the internal battery of 5.600mAh.
With good low volume of loose 20 hours by holding. The Ninetec Power Blast Plus is therefore conscious as Power Bank
designed so that via the integrated USB-A port beispielswqeise a mobile phone can be charged. This works regardless of
if the speaker itself is turned on or not. A great thing!
Handling
-----------------
After switching on the Ninetec Power Blaster Plus is immediately ready for connection and logs without delay as a Bluetooth device.
He has already been paired previously, so is the connection to the smartphone within seconds.
All controls are working properly. The operation itself is kept self-explanatory and easy.
There are no special features.
The Sound
--------------
An assessment of the sound is the reason already difficult because the feeling is always subjective and everyone has their marked preference. I do not feel there
different. My preference is reflected in the fact that I rather tend to a "bathtub curve", that is the sound a decent volume in the bass range
bring and the heights are to be clearly reproduced. The centers must not go down and it will not sound when playing the
Speaker standing behind a veil.
When Power Blaster, it is now true that I'm ambivalent in terms of sound.
In principle, he does everything right. In the bass range, he plays up to 70Hz tidy, with support equalizer that sounds even really about.
The centers, so vocals and speech are adequately represented and at high frequencies he plays clearly and harmonics are well perceptible.
Even with increasing volume the basic tuning and the Power Blaster Plus fits not distorted due to high volume levels.
Nevertheless, when listening carefully superimposed noise can be discerned, as if the power amplifier the sound is not reproduced cleanly.
On the surface part (chart music at low volume and increase) does not fall on the. Only when the audience the distance to the unit at 0.5 or less
reduced, these disturbances can be heard. That I only noticed when operating in the office, since I was there the speaker operate fairly quietly,
am very sensitive for such niceties.
Conclusion
--------
Apart from the last-mentioned feature of the sound is good to very good, but in the end will cost a star in the rating.
Those looking for a speaker with good sound and decent battery capacity in order to charge other devices in an emergency,
which is very well served by Ninetec Power Blaster Plus.
