with the small supplied antenna, reception quality is insufficient in my case (I'm in 6th Floor, less than 10km a crow flies from the transmitter that is visible directly behind a wooden window frame without metal, only the building is metal reinforced by concrete). Fortunately, you can plug the rooftop antenna cable to enjoy a perfect signal, means to have a 75 ohm coax plug that ensures good contact with the cable soul. you need a powerful PC to operate this device in HD (not possible with my Sempron 2800+). SD is limited on my netbook. recording the TNT SD MPEG2 allows the perfect reproduction, but requires a lot of disk space. we can define alternative formats encoded in H.264 (economic for disk space) whose resolution is - alas - limited by the software at 320x240 resolution. when the PC must remain on, the programmer looks screw up a little. However I have not yet tested the programming possibilities with wake the PC.
