Supplied in a resistant packaging and no breakage problems on arrival. The tubes are plugged by removing the starter who was operating the fluorescent tube and replace it with the special starter Led comes with the tube. It presents the new LED tube instead of the former, it lights up and everything works (without disconnecting the sweep unless it is e) An instruction manual comes with the tubes (English and German). The Warm white is a bit cooler than the old fluorescent tubes but we will not quibble. Come on, we will recommend 2 others.
