Hello, the Esam 3600 was our first fully automatic coffee machine. The device was actually pretty neat. However, the coffee flavor was not particularly (several varieties tested). Even the milk froth in cappuccino or latte macchiato has the term milk froth does not deserve. In addition, the unit is very noisy. From the contact and the speed of processing at De Longhi to say nothing. Absolute insolence as this Unternehmem deal with customers. I highly recommend this device therefore absolutely not recommended. Due to the complete behavior of DeLonghi I can not recommend the company. Hands off !!!!
