New edition Extra

Well, the saga of the Wheel of Time is what it is, great, epic, etc ... I speak rather of the new edition of Bragelonne in this comment. Recall that the Wheel of Time was published in no less than three editions before: Pocket, Black River Recreation and France. And in each of them, the original volumes were halved, annoyingly good French habit when it comes to long novel. So the Wheel of Time, set in 14 volumes, was the home at 28. I would add that particularly older translations were poor, especially from the management of the Black River. The blankets were not that great either.

With this new and final edition, Bragelonne finally fills all the gaps to bring us close to those of the novels original release. That is not cut in half and with sublime covers. Concerning translation, Jean-Claude Mallé who does it; a man of experience who has already translated from Jordan. He is also known for having translated the saga of the Sword of Truth. This new translation keeps nothing of the old and is much more faithful to the style of Jordan.

Well, after, it's worth the price it's worth, but this edition is undoubtedly the best to discover this great saga that is the Wheel of Time.
