The output provided with many loving details generous with large images and personal illustrations.
Ultimately, "but behind the scenes" of the title, however irritating, finally is primarily concerned with the adaptation of the book character to the series format. That is then also quite interesting, mostly explained by using interview-like Textsnippets. Starting with the casting, how and whether the authors followed the book, how they interpret the character and the actor are among themselves perceived. This gives the series and the book again incredibly deep!
However, what could not satisfy me, especially because I read the blog and the videos know, the actual behind-the-scenes information and making-of pictures are. And somehow I miss but the usual Co-and-no-special-effects shots. Moreover, I hoped a little more information to work in the production and art direction, just after Gemma Jackson for Game of Thrones won the Art Direction Emmy this year.
Of course, about interviews are included. The use of clothing style or where Gemma Jackson draws its inspiration for setting and facilities was very interesting.
In short: Probably worth the book for fans only because GRMartins foreword and the interview of the two producers, and indeed could be a series from the book.
