Chris de Burgh and his team have left since Moonfleet album for a long time and, right in the pre-Christmas period in timed - Timing is everything :-) - but now brought out a new album.
New, different? Yes, here is a question mark may be placed. Some sounds very familiar and is taken from the fund's audible, some also strongly reminiscent of the Moonfleet album. All in all, however, this is much, much better than, say, another cover album.
Chris de Burgh has of course also some quite listenable tracks in the new, total calm therefore coming work.
My personal favorites are the pre-release "Keeper of the Keys", the entry entitled "The Hands of Man" and "The fields of Agincourt", with whom he left an impression on his concerts last year.
By the way, a large part of his texts are worth to be considered, or more accurately translated.
Conclusion: Good, worth listening album. In the evaluation, I vacillate between 4 and 5 star (I would, if that were possible 4.5 forgiven). I give the little singer with the big heart and the big voice a little sympathy bonus it and rate it with 5 stars.
