Customer Review

I was skeptical at first even if Three Days Grace can function without Adam.
Just stylistically also the last album (Transit of Venus) was comparatively rather soft washed, so fans of harder sounds like I had some time to wait for really good material the boys.
However, any doubts were already with the preliminary singles Painkiller and I Am Machine disappeared (Matt is the Sound of Three Days Grace fits the way very well).
Not only the two singles but the whole album is finally back harder, darker, better. With songs like landmine or One Too Many Crashes tidy but also slower songs (Fallen Angel, The Real You) know the great atmosphere of the album to find out!
What is surprising is the choice of the opener Human Race which, in contrast to the openers of the predecessor, a rather quiet song. Ironically, this song is (felt like some sort of intro song before) the longest on the album.
Since I was already in my only point of criticism: The album reminds me a running time of 39 min a tad short of.

Conclusion:
Clear recommendation!
Not only Matt makes his role as frontman fantastic, even the guitars go again properly.
Human is a great album and is in my opinion predecessors as One X or the self-titled album in every way.
