The gloves fit pretty tight with me, but are by no means uncomfortable. The cuffs out they are also a little narrower (here I am initially shocked: so small can not be true !?), what else may be reduced here penetrating cold again.
The outside of the gloves are - except for the thumb back - completely smooth, so that may fix hardly wet big here. The back thumb are more absorbent, which is certainly not wrong to be so, for example, quite easily wipe snow or water from the face can.
The insides of the gloves are soft and very warm (they keep the heat; when it attracts cooled it no longer lasted 5-10 minutes until you feel the cold). Same time, I must also say that the breathability here - at least for me so far - great work. Even in the heated apartment fingers do not come into sweat. Since I am used to from woolen gloves and the like completely different.
The palms are provided with small printed Grip grave logos, which significantly increase the grip strength (comparable to various Abreitshandschuhen). At the same time they are really so thin that no knobs or you feel like here. Really felt only the pillow from "Doctor Gel" that will probably prevent especially the formation of bubbles on the bike.
The Velcro on the cuffs is working very fine, so you hardly likely involuntarily collect grass or dirt here.
From wearing the gloves are really super. They fit perfectly (admittedly, I might even have to take a larger size). It rubs anything, it slips nothing, it goes into any cold and (as already mentioned) you do not even sweat.
What also was a nice plus for me are the special conductive fingertips for use capacitive touchscreens (which actually has almost every cell phone). At first I thought that was conductive the white font, but what it is not (would probably because of insufficient space probably will not work). Instead, the entire inside of the thumb tip and the side surface of the tip of the index finger is always conductive. I find here very exemplary processing of conductive elastane (?). With cheaper gloves tickets metal filaments are often sewn, which then either fray or unravel. How robust are these faces here, remains to be seen. Of course you do not have that with the glove - Attention pun! - Instinct bare hands, for calls or some numbers or words typed it was good enough.
Update December 2014:
After a few weeks I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed in a few points of the gloves now - just at the price (hence the devaluation).
You hold still super warm (once they are warm) and they are still perfectly windproof.
* The gloves have now somewhat expanded, making them much easier to arrival and let off.
* However, show but already some clear signs of wear with a certain penchant for self-irony:
- The inscription "Never lose your grip 'on two fingers (right hand), which should probably actually also provide more grip, is now crumbled at least half or dissolved. (The primary grip pads on the palm side are still perfectly fine.)
- The reflective strips on the back of the hand along the forefinger shows slight fractures in both hands. If you look closely you can see that simply comes through the hand or finger movements and probably can hardly be avoided.
- The touch surfaces on the forefingers have their color changed (the Black went off and now they are rather gray to white with some black). Otherwise function selbige but perfectly.
- In addition, a short (about 2 cm long) has solved thread from the seam around the gel pad. The suture holding but firmly eiterhin why I do not see too critical.
- Far worse, it is because that the touch screen surface has now almost completely dissolved on right thumb. Although less is still solid glove material, but the touch screen can no longer be so operated.
For this purpose it should be said that the gloves are really primarily used for rounds with the dog. An abrasion by bicycle handlebars or the like does not take place here. The line is rather held to be as they slide by hand (there also rather short).
Overall I would really recommend the gloves. Of course, a significant additional cost is charged here, depending on your own requirements (winter gloves and touch gloves alone there's each for less than half), but you get here already a really high-quality acting glove that also happen to be proud of.
