Initially, the product received in a packaging intact but broken product. Contact seller, very quick return, courteous and received a new product very quickly. Customer Service: 5/5 Product: Aesthetic design, product quality, we feel its weight, which is a real plus (stone). Unfortunately, as some comments it appears that the ashes frequently on the side, it would have taken, or plan a smaller hole to tighten the incense stick (and thus losing the advantage to accommodate any stick incense) or enlarge the upper platform to receive all the ashes.
