Nice picture but gaps in the camera

After one year of experience, I must say that this camera makes very nice pictures for an amateur like me, who does not want to set a lot of things, and that prints some pictures and if not look on the screens.
It is very small and thus fits everywhere. I put a leather shell around (the model of sony) and it's still small and can put it in a pocket.

But the document is not but one downloadable PDF pages without number.
Functions are mentioned but inaccessible, eg delete can be done by date or folder j ... Me en'ai yet found in these two menu options!
Effects shots are available and listed in the doc. But impossible to achieve: I have yet to try in different shooting modes.
Finally WiFi connection is nice, but it only works if the software is already launched on the CEP and more impossible to automatically delete photos from the camera once downloaded through wifi.
The worst part is the service. Easy to reach them by telepehone, they respond, but after the answers are evasive, they do not have the device say so in front of button presses that do not exist, and ultimately did not address concerns . I spent 3 hours on the phone with them ...
Finally, they asked me to express my opinion. I wrote the same thing as what is, and they refused to publish it 2 times. It was not to be quite positive.

In short, I suggest to avoid products Sony pictures ...
