I bought this product and I expect to be able to use quickly. I had seen little movies on youtube users, and it seemed like all beautiful. In fact, this is not at all "plug and play" and not easy to use. You need to install software, download them from the web, etc. I followed the instructions, it does not work, error message on the screen, incompatibility, etc. In short, after 3 hours of research and nervousness, I returned the product. Otherwise, nice little machine, but I have not managed to be able to produce any sound with. However, at delivery, and monitoring of return, everything is spot on! Refund without problem.
