It helped a little but the disc can not fully express themselves because the material context is decisive (small processor and SATA controller first generation) to enjoy the speed of a SSD. Quick tip to clone a disk with partitions (boot, recovery & user) even if the size exceeds the amount of the target to the extent file size does not exceed the capacity of the target I recommend using Macrium Reflect that has a version "free" and allows lintégralité to clone a disk and define / edit the size of the partitions on the target disk. If there is only a portable Wi-Fi / USB / SATA converter can be useful for cloning.
