I had the chance to test this epilator via Want More. To start the epilator is very pretty and well designed with good grip. Hand waxing, it is very effective! It removes even the shortest stubble. I had an older model of this brand, but this one is really better. His large head allows more hair removal surface and leave the hair in one or two dry strokes, so it saves time. By cons underwater I find less efficient (hence the 4 stars, otherwise I would have put 5), but the experience is enjoyable nonetheless. Level against pain I would say that one feels less when used in the shower, but this is quite bearable dry on such legs (tingling).
I used the exfoliating brush under water, depending on usage tips in a circular motion, it is nice and makes it very soft skin, but at the moment did not prevent ingrown hairs. I hope that more uses that will make them disappear. I have not tried yet dry.
For the battery I have not had any problems, but I never did use 40 minutes. I have not yet had the opportunity to serve me the razor, but it can be useful. For hair removal there is also an accessory "hotspot" that reduces the epilation area.
In summary: I love its effectiveness, but wish it was less effective under water!
