Strengths:
-The cardiovascular function works perfectly and seems reliable (I get the same records with my GARMIN 305HR one or two beats almost)

-The test POLAR ZoneOptimiser to define his personal heart rate zones (5 zones in total with a detailed description of the interests of each of them). I, who had no knowledge on the scientific approach to training, I realized some things!
-The website for a full summary of its month after month training (time balance, energy, training load ...)
-l'esthétique.
Weak points:
-The altimeter function that works when she wants! On my last training, registration and descent began after 45 minutes of running ... This is not a critical feature for this watch, but still!
-The capture of satellites for GPS, very laborious ... Sometimes it takes more than 20 minutes in an open and clear day environment. I have repeatedly resign myself to start training before the signal is received. And in this case, the watch turns into a simple cardio because there is more research satellites during training. After researching on forums, it would appear that resetting the watch after each transfer of data on the PC to correct at least some of this problem. We must then readjust date and time, but personal data is not lost (weight, age, heart rate zones ...). I have tested this solution once, and it's true that I was able to capture the GPS signal after 3-4 minutes, which I think is still a bit long. By cons, when it works, the GPS gives me pretty much the same measures that my GARMIN 305 (less than 2% difference)
-The display data that is not customizable. You can choose to view 2 or 3 parameters, but certain combinations can be selected: heart rate / duration / speed for example,
-l'impossibilité display his heart rate as a drive is not started.
In the end, I expected much better from a brand like POLAR, especially in reliability!
