Bought 2 Red for a NAS Synology DS211 + to replace Seagate 7200T / min. Hot Swap one after another (count + 6 hours of physical replacement at 100% availability knowing that I was leaving a full 2TB-based 97%). Since, less noise of the disk, less noise ventilation (it's hot in Reunion) because it seems less heat. Performance, difficult to compare, since part of a NAS on a network CPL it is difficult to isolate the reasons for good or bad operation. However in terms of the service it is a step above the old Seagate.
