I ordered this cable as my Nexus 5 is unloaded when I used drive with Waze. USB cables "classic" do not allow to provide enough energy for the Nexus GPS guidance applications. With this cable, the phone goes into "load area" instead of "USB Charge" and my phone is charging while being active (Waze with LCD screen on).
