The autofocus works very well, quickly and accurately. The autofocus problem of the first copies is probably eliminated. Nevertheless, a pity that Nikon has so angered some customers, so what need not be!
Whether the photo is now 4, 5 or 6 frames per second shooting is me personally really care. The are no significant differences for my applications. A real difference for me would be 9-12 frames per second. That would be again an argument.
For transfer passengers / climbers of D200, D300, D300 (s), D7000 worth a serious consideration, especially as the D800 can live on a transitional basis with the resolution in the DX mode and does not have to buy all the same lenses again.
