Like all scales we tried, it is impossible to make an accurate reading of the measure. The playing surface is narrow and of poor quality magnifying glass solves the problem only if one squats down to read a few feet of the appliance; gold, usually it's standing that one weighs. Furthermore the measuring mark fills approximately the space between two 500g divisions (therefore lack of precision definition), if one side slightly moves the head the alignment of features is no longer the same, and finally a calibration adjustment is required for each weighing. In short it is the approximate inappropriate for supervision regime.
