No compatibility with popular devices, stable output voltage, good workmanship

Although the supplied plug may provide almost any device from 4 years ago properly, but has at the power supplies now things have changed. Whereas previously each manufacturer offered its own plug, which are all served by the article, today emphasis on uniformity and a new de facto standard was introduced: Micro-USB. And exactly this plug is not included.

All four devices (two phones, a tablet, a Kindle) for which I wanted to use this emergency charger will therefore not supported. My old cucumber with Monochromatic and non-color touch screen the size of a postage stamp, I can use it to charge, but not halfway current device.
But luckily you can find here on Amazon Adapter from mini-USB (supported by the product, only by any device used) on micro-USB for ~ 1.25 incl. P.

Otherwise, my impression eig very well. The device looks solid from processed and feels high quality. The see-through top with views of the electronics is a nice visual gimmick. You flickers blue when a device is charging.

I once tried to win over open-circuit voltages and load voltages indication of the voltage stability:

With a fresh NiCd battery (1.5V): 5,46V idle ~ 4,59V under load *
With an empty NiCd battery (1.5V): 0.00V, 0.00V under load *
With a fresh NiMH battery (1.2V): 5,46V, ~ 4,58V under load *
With a partially depleted NiMH battery (1.2V): 5,46V, ~ 4,58V under load *

At idle, at least looks the output voltage TOP.

As for voltages under load (and therefore the asterisk), as these vary with my rather primitive measurement rather, with the tip of a needle, which I introduced in the hollow plug, was quite warm. It can therefore be assumed that my measurement on the one hand too little voltage indicated as voltage stuck in the needle, on the other hand I do not know if the voltage fluctuations are measurement errors. At least that means the voltage at both 1.5V batteries as well as 1.2V batteries both when fully charged and in charge of opened is identical, which probably certifies a very high stability.

The current in idle amounted at me ~ 2mA at 1.2V, or about 2,4mW.
