No connection [Samsung Galaxy SII i9100]

unfortunately was possible to bend and break not connect to a Samsung Galaxy SII i9100 produced with the latest Android firmware.
In Bluetooth menu, the device will be found and connected immediately, but it will not be connected.
When I put the strap (like here to read) and then connect via the runtastic app manufacturing, also can not connect!
It's rare enough that the machine is "found" in the app at all, but the connection was only once, for about 5minutes.
