I have been a very satisfied user of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10th Since I bought a new camera, a Canon EOS 70D I could with PSE10 not open and edit the RAW files. So I thought, I'll buy the latest version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 12th But unfortunately can not be opened or edit so that the RAW files from my Canon EOS 70D. Not even in the Organizer I can take the file. However, this is due to PSE12 because other programs may well process the RAW files of the EOS 70D. In addition, a Revel-Agent is installed in the PSE12 not be switched off. Enduring this Revel Agent attempts to access my floppy drive, and all other disks in my computer. A shutdown of the agent in the preferences of the Organizer is possible, but does not help. In the background of Revel-Agent continues and takes further on my drives, pulling the performance down to the basement and can stutter and chug along my chest. The only thing that helps is to terminate the agent in the Task Manager. But the next time you start your computer, the agent starts simply with again. Whether you turn on the feature in the settings on or off. What happened in my opinion much worse, is the user interface. It was completely revised and is found only once nothing more. All functions are now somewhere else hidden. Some are even completely disappeared. Otherwise there in PSE12 PSE10 against any Verbessrungen or new features. All that is added, the Adobe Revel-Cloud function to which I can do without, but I can not turn it off. I'm really glad that I have not converted my catalog in the PSE12 version. So I can easily uninstall PSE12 without my catalog files for my 17000 photos lose. For me the purchase of Photoshop Elements 12 was a waste of money. Who PSE10 and satisfied is can save the change to PSE12. A real shame.
