No Mercedes: Sch..ß quality made in the USA, poor service

I sat hours in the car and phone hours. I thought when buying a Weber grills - the Mercedes among the grills - you can not go wrong!

Now for the grill cleaners von Weber: For The fine print on the back you need a magnifying glass. On the "Special Cleaner" for the Q series is on the back that you should spray the contents on the inside of the lid - point! Why is customer service although friendly but not user friendly - Is Weber clientele worth nothing?
So in summary: The product has a good design is functionally well thought out, service and quality are but far from "Mercedes-like" or "Kärcher-like": Thus one uses the term "Kärchern" for cleaning with high-pressure cleaner, what brand name it. "Webern" to use as a synonym for grilling, I hold for arg presumptuous!
